Information we collect
The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it will be made clear to you at the point we ask for it.
When you send the contact form, we receive your name, your email address and your message, and, if you add them, your company, budget and subject. We also record the country your request came from and your browser's user agent. We use all of this only to answer you. Name, email and message are required; without them we cannot reply. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message is about working with us, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest being to answer the questions people send us.
Each message is stored in a database run by Cloudflare in the European Union and sent to our inbox, which Google Workspace hosts, by Cloudflare's email service. Cloudflare keeps a copy of each sent email readable in our Cloudflare account for about seven days.
To keep spam out of the form, it uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile loads only once you start using the form. It checks signals such as your IP address, your browser's user agent and technical details of the connection to tell people from bots, and it does not read what you type. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest being to protect the form from abuse, and for the access to your device section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG. How we use your information
The information we collect helps us provide services to you, like answering your requests and questions, giving customer support, and improving our Website.
We use the information we collect in various ways, to:

Cloudflare hosts this website. To deliver pages and keep the site secure, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and your browser's user agent. When you send the contact form, our server code records errors and the request for up to seven days. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest being to run the site safely and fix faults.
