A travel startup came to us with a brand and a vision for an AI app. What the app should do first, and how its AI should behave, were still open questions. They needed a design partner for the product and for the pitch to investors, at the same time.

Where We Came In
We kept their brand and their idea, and designed the product from scratch. Then we decided what the first version should do and defined its AI’s behavior.
We designed the app’s user flows and interface. Starting from their brand basics, the logo, the colors and the typography, we developed a distinctive visual direction and a complete design system that keeps every screen consistent, with accessibility built in.
The deck won on its story and its clarity. It gave investors the numbers and data they needed to decide, and a clear view of the vision behind the product and the market it targets.
With the app now in a closed beta, we work closely with their tech and product team on the AI assistant. We define its guardrails and personality, set the context it needs for relevant answers and recommendations, and refine it through ongoing testing with beta travelers.
