Design Sprint Academy is a Berlin company that trains teams and facilitates workshops to help organizations make better product and AI decisions: where AI creates value, how work should change and what is worth building. Their work was evolving, and they needed a website that could reflect that growth and support what was next.

We started with a Scoping Session to align on goals and understand what needed to evolve. Together with the DSA team, we restructured the site, simplified how their B2B services are presented, and clarified their value proposition, so it’s easier for people to get what they do and why it matters.

We refreshed the visual direction with modern typography, clean layouts, and updated icons, staying true to their brand, but moving it forward.

Then we rebuilt the site in Webflow, with a custom CMS, the pages that sell their trainings and a shop for their digital kits. Everything is now easy to update, without needing dev support.

Throughout the process, we came prepared with structure, ideas, and practical solutions that helped the team move faster and do less heavy lifting. The result is a site that’s clear, flexible, and fits the next chapter of their business.
