Why This Exists
AI is changing product and design work faster than most people can absorb. For many designers and product people, it reaches their identity: how they value their craft and where they feel they belong.
Designing The Shift gives that experience a place, away from the hype. Anyone can contribute anonymously, without needing to have it all figured out.
An AI model reads every reflection, classifies it as positive, neutral or negative, and groups it with related reflections into patterns. It names new patterns as contributions arrive and reviews each one before it appears, keeping the space safe.
We designed and built Designing The Shift in-house. The archive is live and grows with every contribution.
