Our client, an established leader in its industry, was exploring a new opportunity in data and AI. The idea was still taking shape, and even the type of product was undecided: the direction depended on technical feasibility and on legal and compliance requirements. We joined at this early stage to lead the product strategy and define the first version together with their team.

Where We Came In
We facilitated vision and alignment workshops with the decision makers, so the team could agree on one product direction and clear requirements. Then we worked alongside their engineers, legal and compliance teams, AI and data specialists and domain experts to explore what was feasible.
Before any code was written, we interviewed users and customers to understand how they work with data, what they need and which requirements come first for them. The research validated the direction and set the scope of the first version.
We explored concepts and built prototypes with their team, and led testing throughout: surveys and regular sessions with the target audience refined the experience.
We built an accessible design system on the client’s brand guidelines and developed the frontend of the first version.
More than a year of collaboration, countless conversations, ideas explored and decisions made together brought the platform to launch. We’re excited to see what comes next.
